I've known him for almost 4 years now and i've always felt that it was fate that brought us together. We share a lot of common tastes such as a passion for Manchester United, good music and a love for books. Apart from these, he loves to play any sport, his favorite being Cricket. An ardent admirer of Sachin, he claims never to watch cricket again after sachin retires... truly a passionate fan! He loves to hang out with friends and eat junk stuff all the time..and of course, hates studies!...
But then, these are merely his interests...as a friend, he has always stuck by me ever since I wandered into this school and we have spent extremely enjoyable, albeit, unproductive days in each others' company. Many events come into my mind when I speak of time spent with this guy, the foremost being the holidays in which we get together at his house and play FIFA or just surf around...
He has a very good sense of humour and a peculiarly lovable laugh which he has bestowed upon those lucky ones who have been in his company for a long time ( namely me, anirudh, pawan.....gopal...although gopal could never seem to get a laugh out of this guy however hard he tried with his comical kidding around...).
...Oh, almost forgot...He has a wide range of words in his vocabulary which he is more than willing to share among his less fortunate buddies and it has had me standing in good stead for the moment...
We have spent a lot of time arguing and laughing and this has been amongst the best friendships one could possibly hope for... We have been constructive in shaping each others' character over the years and this has resulted in a truly fantastic journey ..

Hi Anirudh,
Thank you for all your encouragement!
Questions:
"Firstly, how did you make that "recent comments" gadget on the left of this page?"
http://www.bloggerbuster.com/2007/08/create-your-oen-recent-comments-widgets.html
"Secondly, how did you create the picture that is the logo of your blog?"
Ugh. Unfortunately, it was down for these past few days, but you’ll find a handy tutorial here. It’s called a “favicon” and it’s pretty neat, won’t you agree?
“Thirdly, below the comment box on this page, there's this "subscribe by email" link right? How did you get that?”
It comes already with Blogger, but you have to change your comments to the new “imbedded comments” version. Dashboard>Settings>Comments>(third option down)Comment Placement Form>Click “Embedded below post”>Save>And it should appear!
“Last of all, please tell me how you changed the n comments thingamjig at the end of each post to "n thoughts"?
Dashboard>Layout>
1. Under “Blog Posts”, click the bottom right link under that block (“Edit”)
2. You should see something that says “5 comments”.
3. Type in whatever you choose! You can add/edit a multitude of other things too.
“Oh, and btw, the "scribled down by" part.. was that scribed or scribbled?”
Could be either, but my “creative orthography” rendered it as “scribled”. Oops!
“I do have one last question...the tag thingy on the left? How did you do that??”
It’s the neatest little widget called “Blogumulus”. Click here for info on how to install it.
I hope that these links and tips help you create fantastic-looking blogs! Glad to be of service :)
